1)In the Event of a Pet(s) emergency, Client authorizes Handler to seek
emergency veterinary care for Client's Pet. Should Clients veterinarian be
unavailable, Super Sit n Pet is authorized to approve medical and/or
emergency treatment by a different veterinarian or animal care specialist.
2) In the event personal emergency or illness by the Super Sit n Pet Handler,
Client authorizes Super Sit n Pet to arrange for another Handler to fulfill
responsibilities as set forth in the Agreement. In the event Super Sit n Pet
needs to cancel his/her services on a particular day(s) Super Sit n Pet is
released and held harmless for any damage to property or injury or death of
Pet(s) as a result of Super Sit n Pet's inability to perform the service(s).
However Super Sit n Pet will credit Client for any days of service not
performed and shall notify Client with as much advance notice.
3. Super Sit n Pet reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time
before or during its term if Super Sit n Pet determines that if Client's Pet(s)
poses a danger to the health or safety of the Super Sit n Pet Handler or to
any third party. If Super Sit n Pet's concern prohibits Super Sit n Pet Handler
from caring for Pet(s), and Client cannot be reached immediately by phone,
Client Authorizes and shall pay for Pet(s) to be placed in a kennel or other
pet care facility.
4) Late Fees: There will be a 10% late fee added to the total amount due if
Client does not pay within 7 days. Will be contacted by email or phone if a
late fee needs to be applied.
5) Payment: due upfront for the amount due for the services.
6) If a client needs to meet after first free consultation, there will be a $20
fee charged for contractor to come for a second trip to clients home.
